Enhanced Pass Plus is a scheme run by North Yorkshire County Council, and delivered by a specially trained team of driving instructors that targets and addresses the dangers new drivers face when on North Yorkshires road network. Driving at night, driving on motorways and driving in challenging weather conditions are just some of the aspects that are covered, and we even subsidise it, as we want to keep young drivers safe just as much as you do.
